Dr. Nirali Hira

PT, DPT, PCES

I spent my childhood in Zambia, then moved to Texas when I was 10. I did my undergrad at Texas A&M University and completed my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Throughout my undergrad and graduate schooling, I had the opportunity to experience working with various orthopedic conditions, post-op rehab, sports injuries as well as breast cancer/oncology rehab. Since getting my doctorate degree, I have worked at outpatient rehab facilities treating various orthopedic conditions, post-op rehab, sports injuries, chronic pain and pelvic health!

I am certified in dry needling and pelvic health – prenatal/postpartum, chronic pelvic pain.

I love seeing patients return to all the activities that they love doing without any limitations and teaching them how to manage their symptoms independently. I also love educating and raising awareness about pelvic/women’s health!

I am a licensed physical therapist at Body Moksha

I have a passion for treating women’s health including but not limited to prenatal/postpartum rehab, pain with intercourse and chronic pelvic pain.

I love being able to work with patients fully 1:1 and the very warm and welcoming atmosphere here at Body Moksha

I love spending time with my close friends and family, hiking, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with my dog Stormy!
