I am the owner and love working with my amazing team. I specialize in working with 40-plus active adults who want to continue to run, lift, play golf, pickleball, tennis and live a great life.

I want to help get patients back to participating in their favorite activity without pain!

I like my team, the energy, the vibe and the relationship with our patients.

When not working I enjoy being outdoors, spending time with my family, traveling, cooking, walking, and lifting.

Dr. Tejal’s office is incredible. I came into her practice a few weeks ago barely able to walk, care for my child, or perform basic daily functions. She suggested physical therapy and dry needling. I have only had just a few sessions and I am already able to live again! I am truly grateful for the support, expertise, and dedicated care that Dr. Tejal and her team are giving me. – Sincerely, a very grateful patient!

I only have great things to say about Body Moksha and Tajal (and team). Tajal is very knowledgable in all areas of physical therapy as well as dry needling, but for me she also stands out for being very friendly and compassionate. I usually come in for dry needling, which I use to address my chronic back pain as well as the occasional sports injury. One dry needling session with Tajal will have your strained muscles feeling much better and help you get back to the activities you love. She and her team are 10/10!

Dr Ramaiya and her team are very knowledgeable and quickly designed a plan to help me overcome a severely strained back muscle. The back muscle injury was present for over a year and after multiple unsuccessful visits with other PT’s – Dr Ramaiya was able to get me going again on the golf course within a month or so- I don’t normally take the time to write reviews so that in and of itself tells you my PT experience was exceptional!!
