I grew up in East Tennessee, where I learned that the best conversations usually happen on a front porch and that treating people with kindness goes a long way. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life and take on a variety of roles and responsibilities. No matter the role, one thing has always stayed the same: I genuinely enjoy helping people and making their day just a little easier.
I love solving problems, building relationships, and bringing a little positivity to every interaction. Basically, I’ve spent most of my career finding ways to make things work a little better while hopefully making a few people laugh along the way.
My background includes customer service, customer success, operations, scheduling, and leadership across a variety of industries. Along the way, I’ve learned how important it is to communicate well, build genuine relationships, stay organized, and find solutions when challenges come up. At the heart of it all, I’ve always enjoyed working with people and doing what I can to make their experience a positive one.

I believe in treating people with kindness and respect, doing what I say I’m going to do, and always looking for ways to become a better version of myself. I also try to leave every person better than I found them. Whether that’s a patient, a coworker, or someone I meet in the grocery store. And honestly, I think life is a lot more enjoyable when you can work hard, help people, and laugh along the way.

As a Patient Experience Specialist, I’m often one of the first people a prospective patient interacts with at Body Moksha. My job is to make that first experience a great one. Listening to what they’re dealing with, answering questions, helping them understand their next steps, and making the process of getting started as easy as possible. I specialize in communication, relationship building, organization, and making sure every patient feels heard, valued, and confident that they’re in the right place.
I think one of the biggest things patients have to deal with is feeling like they’re just another appointment or number in the system. They may already be frustrated, uncomfortable, or unsure about what to do next, and the last thing they need is a complicated or impersonal experience. I want to help change that by making every interaction feel personal, welcoming, and easy. From the very first phone call to getting them scheduled and started on the right path.
What I like most about working at Body Moksha is how genuinely everyone cares about the patients and about each other. It’s refreshing to be part of a team where the goal isn’t just to get someone through an appointment, but to create a real “WOW” experience. I also love that everyone is willing to help, share what they know, and keep learning. It feels like a team that truly wants to do things the right way and that’s something I’m proud to be a part of.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my wife and family, enjoying life, reading, exploring new coffee shops, or around a game table with friends. I also enjoy learning new technology, finding ways to make processes more efficient, and convincing myself that buying “just one more book” is always a good idea… even when the bookshelf strongly disagrees.
