Dr. Ossig was born and raised in Ramsey, New Jersey, and studied Exercise Science at the University of South Carolina before earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Rutgers University in Newark. Her clinical background spans post-stroke recovery, spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, amputee rehabilitation, and other neurological and orthopedic conditions, and she also worked as a fitness instructor in group and one-on-one settings. She spent two years at an outpatient clinic treating orthopedic and pelvic floor patients, where she found her true passion in pelvic health.
Therefore, do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself.
Integrity guides Dr. Ossig’s approach to care: honest communication about where you stand today, and a steady, present-focused plan for getting where you want to go.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Ossig is "dog mom" to her dog Maverick, and enjoys baking, exercising, and spending time with friends and family, along with a genuine love of makeup and beauty.
