Marketing Specialist

I was born and raised in Dover, New Jersey. I went to dover high school and ran varsity xc and track and field for 4 years. After HS I attended Montclair State University and studied business admin with a concentration in marketing. During my senior year I started working with Tejal and Body moksha. Through my experiences here it cemented my love for two things – sports/fitness and marketing.

I own a small digital marketing agency which specializes in helping small business like body moksha grow their digital presence with things like email marketing, content creation, social media management, SEO, and paid media. My role at body moksha has really allowed me to learn so much and grow.

Core Values: I am very family oriented. Family means everything to me so no matter what is going on in my life, I know I will always have my family to lean on.

I’m a firm believer that you need to step outside of your comfort zone to keep growing, so I am constantly pushing myself to try new things and seek growth.

I want to be able to provide patience with hope that they don’t have to live in pain. I want people to find comfort in the fact that they aren’t the only ones going through this.

Every person who walks through the door is unique and I love being able to learn about their lives and experiences. You aren’t defined by your pains, and you aren’t your pains. So it’s cool to speak to people and see past their pains and make some really cool connections and friendships.

When not working my son Ollie occupies a lot of my time. He’s actually a dog but he definitely keeps me busy. I love that little guy! I named him ollie because growing up I used to skateboard – like the skateboard trick , Ollie!

Aside from that I collect Vinyl and love to dip my toes in film photography.
